This autumn jam is made with Santa Rosa Plums. This lovely petite plum has a deep rich flavour, is sweet and tender with a juicy flesh. Cooked with the skin to preserve a hint of tartness and balance out the sweetness for a perfect blend of flavour. We added honey and star anise to make it shine even brighter.


Traditional Partners: cinnamon bun, buttered toast, ice cream, spread in prosciutto and arugula baguette

Unexpected Partners: young sheep’s milk Gouda, triple crème cheese, Armagnac
