This authentic apricot jam has a delicate hint of vanilla and has the most striking gold colour. The jam is made with a very small amount of pure cane sugar, resulting in a remarkable flavour.


Traditional Partners: to eat on the hottest days of summer, on its own by the spoon, croissants, bread, ice cream garnished with lemon verbena

Unexpected Partners: fresh cheese, use as a glaze for fruit tart, almond pound cake, layered vanilla cake
